Siddhartha Vikram Lal (born October 1973) is an Indian Entrepreneur. Between 1996-1998, he achieved a postgraduate diploma in mechanical engineering in Cranfield University, and a master’s degree in automotive technology in the University of Leeds at England.  Lal after finishing his schooling began working with MAN Nutzfahrzeuge AG. He combined Eicher Group in 1999. And working in a variety of capacities at the Eicher tractor branch, then became CEO of Royal Enfield in 2000 (in age 26) planning to finish the unit’s reductions. From 2000 to 2004, he worked from Royal Enfield’s headquarters at Chennai, introducing cost-cutting steps and product updates.
